1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the rbazze platform — whether through the website, mobile browser, or the rbazze app — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and rbazze.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using rbazze immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

rbazze reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2 Eligibility

To register and use rbazze, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an rbazze employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the rbazze platform.

rbazze reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, rbazze may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active rbazze account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If rbazze identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering on rbazze, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rbazze username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. rbazze will never contact you to ask for your password. 3.4 Account Verification

rbazze may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may involve submitting a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4 Deposits and Payments

rbazze accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your rbazze account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the deposit section of your account.

• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your rbazze balance.
• rbazze does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Using third-party payment accounts is not permitted on rbazze.
• rbazze reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your rbazze account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. rbazze does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used on your account.

5.1 Processing Times

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 10 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank.
• Withdrawals requested outside of business hours may be processed the following working day.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• rbazze reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving large withdrawals.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on rbazze are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game. These rules are available within each market on the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting activity on rbazze:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

rbazze reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. Bets are only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference number. A bet that has not been confirmed is not a valid bet on rbazze.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or competition organiser. In the event of a result being changed after initial settlement, rbazze will re-settle affected bets accordingly. rbazze's trading team has final authority on all settlement decisions.

6.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

If rbazze offers a market with clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human mistake, rbazze reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. This applies even if the bet has already been settled. rbazze will notify affected players and return stakes to their account balance.

6.4 Live Betting

Live betting markets on rbazze are subject to suspension and re-pricing during events. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. rbazze is not responsible for delays in live data feeds that may affect the timing of bet acceptance.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

rbazze offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your rbazze account balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real money bets unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account.
• rbazze reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If rbazze determines that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means or in breach of these terms, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rbazze. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one rbazze account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the rbazze platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes or game results.
• Using rbazze for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to access another player's rbazze account without authorisation.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person using your own rbazze account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or corrupt activity related to events offered on rbazze.

rbazze actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. If prohibited conduct is detected, rbazze will act swiftly to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of legitimate players.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by rbazze

rbazze reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it believes that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other players.

9.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your rbazze account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome. Remaining real money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to verification requirements being met.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An rbazze account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. rbazze may apply a monthly inactivity fee of BDT 100 to dormant accounts once the dormancy period has been reached. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

10 Responsible Gaming
